tomlefco even though my lifts are helping me alot, i think the most important aspect of my training is my diet itself. I have a guy training me now and well i've hit some lucrative times in practice (which i think arn't true) but i have a track meet on the 20th, so we'll see. Feb 12, 2010 9:18pm

tomlefco honestly i haven't maxed on squat in about 6 months. right now i'm just doing HTC squats (all the way to the ground) my last workout was 225x14, 245x10, 275x6. i don't planning on maxing as it really is just an ego thing. i've been running since jan 7th (day i got cleared to sprint form hamstring tear.)
