When I Started:
2007
How I Started:
There are many reasons why i started to work out. It all started the summer before i went into high school. When i was young i loved to eat and i still love to eat today i dont know what i would do with out all this lovely food haha, but a couple of years ago i didnt know when to say no or what was the right things to eat personally i just didnt care what i ate i loved food. I would eat so much food espcially being that im italian food was always apart of me. After 8th grade i realized i had blown up i got so chubby/fat whatever it might have been i was just not looking good and i wasn't so healthy keep in mind i played sports all my life i probably was the most active kid and just because i ate so much i got fat. That summer before highschool i new i wasnt going to feel comfortable going to school like that, i had to do something about it. so almost everyday i started to go running and start slow by doing alot of push ups and sit ups i really pushed myself i lost 20 pounds that summer i went from 160 to 140 in one summer. i was very proud of myself and it was such a great accomplishment. I first started bodybuilding soon after with my neighbor he was 3 years older than me and he got a increadble workout set. we would workout almost everyday and thats where my love for working out came in.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding/working out because its just simply amazing how good it feels to be in great shape. I love pushing myself in and out of the gym to be the best.
"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will."
How I Stay Motivated:
EVERYDAY FOR ME IS SIMPLE I WANT TO REACH MY GOALS OF BEING BIGGER FASTER AND STRONGER.
The way i stay motivated is i just love the gym atmosphere. its a great feeling being in the gym, and being able to push myself to the abs limit
Thank you so much for adding me to your friends, I really appreciate it and wish to apologize for the delay in saying hello. I've been out of town for several weeks, and am just now catching up. You look great, and I send you all my best for much success.
