How I Started:
Rugby league started to get harder as i was small so i went to the gym and am obsessed.
Why I Love It:
The satisfication when you sit down at night and think how hard you trained.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep a log of what i eaten daily and write down little goals for myself each day.
BB Accomplishments:
benched pressed 80kg in the 07 offseason when i was only weighing in at 62kg.
