500 club... that's nuts, I wish I had tried for that in High School. I didn't really get into lifting until college... we had that lifting wall of fame, but we had a range from 500 to 1000 and every 100lbs was a new class.

trainings going well. I really need to update these photos damn it. I feel so small (hahaha). Lookin good on your end. Got some really good size in there. Can't wait to see the finished product.

You can't go wrong with BSN or MuscleTech products. If you want to avoid packing it on, start with just protein powders as opposed to mass builders... Vanilla from BSN and Strawberry from MuscleTech; I can point you to other supps as you get more comfortable.

I know for the most part I got stronger. Probably not 25% but I also didn't do it for the full 8 weeks. I can handle 195 x 12 in bench, squat 255 x 10, bentover row 185 x 8 (with straps), went from 115 max to 135 max on the barbell curl, 205 x 5 on Close grip bench... so it def works

You got it, any time. This actually helped me get great definition in my legs. Though I went really heavy and it worked too, its a good way to define quick cuz you kinda push the muscle to the surface it seems. Good luck.

Good form is well and good, but its not essential. Haha, even Arnold talked about sacrificing form. But anyway, you were probably just really fatiguing the muscle to early. 45 reps at 1 exercise then 45 at another... after months of doing that you have to change it up. Good luck man.

Definitely man. 15 Reps is getting into the muscular endurance area. I used to do what you were doing and there is nothing wrong with it. I think you have just worn down, so now its time to build up. Try the 8-12 rep range and then the 6-8 rep range for a few weeks. But don't take the sets to failure.
