Well, I'm mid-way through week 2 and the diet and workout have stayed consistent. I'm still in the size/strength period of my training, but I'm worried that going to Chicago for the next two weeks is going to hinder my progress. I am not worried that I will be able to workout, but there are...
I know virtually nothing about when taking sets to failure is good and when it's bad or whatever there is to know, as of now if I aim for 15 reps, to me that means that 15th rep is the last one I can possibly do while keeping good form, so that's what I have been doing.
Hey man thanks for the comment. I have been trying to build a base for about a month and a half now as well as getting in cardio 5 times a week. Do you think the kind of high rep workout I am doing (15 on every exercise) is what's making it so hard especially considering I'm just bumping up to a 4 day split?
