How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I tend toward the heavy lifts 6-8 seems to be my zone. But I have definitely embraced the 8-12

my old hard drive crashed, but a friend of mine was able to hook it up somehow and transfer my files to an external hard drive so I could copy them over to my new hard drive. He said he transferred all the files though, so my photos may have gotten deleted when my HD crashed. I guess I could ask my friend if he can still find the files on the old HD, but I would feel awkward with him looking through my photos, maybe it would be worth it though.
