i got started with my next door neibour and i was just learning how to use the weights and how to take control of them and stuff and changing diets then i got really interested in it and after that my neibour brought alots of machines and weights for his gym and i go round to his place to train.
My nextdoor neibour (BIG Bob) has been a personal trainer for 30 years and trains me and ever since i have been dedicated to bodybuilding and dieting.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding because it lets out stress and anger but on the other hand i enjoy the feeling of the burning sensation of pumping iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by running every morning and night also do various excerises in the morning
(abs, situps ,press ups ,crunches)
BB Accomplishments:
i supose my bodybuilding accomplishment must be getting where i have since march 07
I am 15 and i have been bodybuilding now since march 07 and my goal is to train hard and gain loads (no pain, no gain)
Goal (Long):
I am really rubbish on legs and i have hated training them and in the next 4 months i would like to build them up abit more.
i am 13 and a half inches in my arms and i wud like to be 14-15 inches by next september.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 150 lb

Yesturday we did arms but we normally do triceps and biceps seperatly but this time we didnt and my arms are killing me like hell especally biceps this morning i couldnt even hold my breakfast.

Must have had lots of stress and anger because that's one hell of a great job so far.Can only imagine next year or two and that body. Stay healthy and motivated. Andre
