been in the Marine Corps for 10 years, so i've stayed in shape. but just recently made the decision to cut the fat and start lifting.
Why I Love It:
feels good. clears the mind, elevates my mood. It just brings an overall better state of mental and physical health
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard to stay motivated. Seeing some of the guys on this site is definately motivating.

Once you get in the groove, your metabolism really kicks in - I did it & then my husband did it. Just really focus on lean protein and good carbs - small portions....just walk away from the other stuff. Read my blog, it might help.
