Goal (Long):
before i went to the gym i was around 60kg...now im up around 83 to 85 kgs...my goal weight is to be around 95ish kg of pure muscle and minimal body fat. i want to bulk as much as possible with the right periodization and get as big as i can naturally.
(this was a few months a go...im past 95 and on to 97 hopefully to 100-105 soon! :)
