Deadlifts 1 Set - 5 Reps
Dips (I do Bench Dips for now) 2 Sets - 8 Reps
Followed by HIIT for 10-13 minutes
Workout B: (All max weight)
Squats 3 Sets - 5 Reps
Standing Military Press (I used Dumbells) 3 Sets - 5 Reps
Bent Over Barbell Row 3 Sets - 5 Reps
Chin Ups (i pull down a bar on my knees) 2 Sets -8 Reps
Followed by HIIT for 10-13 minutes
