suesse Thanks Matt. I didn't know it was nurse's week. They are having "employee appreciation week" here instead. No goodies that i know of, at least not for night shift. Glad it is warm enough for you to run. I have discovered i can run pretty well on a treadmill if i do absolutely no lifting that day. suesse Almost 70 today and it is supposed to be warmer during my 3 days off. Woohoo! Your work schedule is even worse than mine. At 3 am I have only 4-5 hours left. I don't use my phone for accessing this site. The phone app has more glitches than this website, if you can believe that. Be kinda hard to compare each other while we do pullups on the same bar. suesse ;) You know it. So are you at work tonight too? I don't know if your are able to be online when you are at work. I'm at work, taking a break. So much for Spring/Summer. Over the weekend it wa 72 degrees. Snow flurries this morning and hard freeze tonight. Old man winter won't give it up. :( I should try to see how many pullups i can do.
