So...I've managed to put on one pound every week!! Now, I know that my training is going well, I'm lifting good weights and as always my cardio sucks (this has seriously got to change), my diet is considerably cleaner than the whole holiday period but still I can't lose the weight.

Hey Matt: Thanks for posting the great video clips. I especially liked Milos' demonstration of exercises for the delts. I appreciated it, and plan to add this to my routine. I need work in this area.
