My Friend Clay inspired me showing me his weight equipment and i had weight training for school.
Why I Love It:
Its good for you and muscle is more attractive than Fat.

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would and still do to this day look up to my Dad and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around my girlfriend. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be at the very least of 180 pounds, with 12% bodyfat(keep it that way), and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in just a year or 2.
