Current Split, If Im really tired the next day after legs Ill just do calves and nothing else on Sat, this split has worked best for me

 

Current Split

Monday- Chest, Bis

Tues- Back, tris, core

Wed- off, just cardio

thurs- shoulders, core, calves, forearms

Fri- Legs

Sat- off no cardio

Sunday- off just cardio
