dms0583 Thanks for your comments Matt. I've been struggling with both of those issues as I researched the program further. 2 a days would just be impossible for me to manage. And I am not keen on investing in a long list of supps. May need to find an alternative program. Appreciate you talking an interest Apr 2, 2013 1:00pm

dms0583 It's another structured program I have seen referenced by various people on bb.com. I searched it on the site and found it. Haven't drilled deep into it yet. I wanted to get a few opinions about it first. Yes I'm still training hard but have sort of hit a wall. I also just joined a gym in the city I travel to regularly. That hotel gym sucks and it's hard to get motivated to use it. This should help Apr 1, 2013 4:03pm

MikeRippedRun I eat around 2100 calories, hi protein/low carb (generally 1 gram per pound of body weight). I drink alot of water, watch my sodium, hardly ever eat fast food. Mar 26, 2013 11:23am
