How I Started:
I've worked out off & on for years but have never been serious or consistent about it.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy seeing the results of the work and i feel healthy. I know my wife enjoys a fit husband and it also brings me closer to my teen boys.
How I Stay Motivated:
The compliments of my wife keep me going back to the gym. I am also motivated by measurable improvements.

Matthew, Just sent you a detailed PM...the ab focus is in addition to my normal plan. I always did abs but not this hard. THe pullups are the first thing I do on back day. I need to update my workout plan on my profile. It's a little dated now. Hope you arn fam are doing well brother.
