I played college football and gained alot of weight, that is really when I started gaining muscle but I have been trying to lean out since then.
Why I Love It:
I think it is good motivation.

The mirror is my main motivation I look at what I dont like about myself and work on it.

very simple bro.. u ve got the size need some quality..1st keep bulcking and btw ur size is gr8,2nd a lot of cardio, 3rd try some fat burners they work...no secrets ,good luck

Hey Matthew! Doing really well, thanks for popping in :) I have to say, the first line of your goal makes me chuckle every time I read it. I feel the same way!! So tired of it..ha ha! I've been working hard and staying focused through all the parties and summer picnics. I cheat with a margarita or 2 but you have to have some fun right?! How's your diet coming?
