I've got a contest (**** the Card) on January 6. I'll be doing the full meal deal. (for those of you who don't know, that's powerlifting talk for full power meet of squat/bench/deadlift total) I was going to do my first single ply meet, but I've yet to recieve the gear. SO, with that...

Thanks Bro, I plan on maxin' out again to get a more accurate number I figured over 370 12+ reps is solid. Only squated over 500 twice.
