A true work out program is one your comfortable with. Stop looking for others plans and make your own if you want optinal fitness or size. For example, when i lift i dont use a schedule i just lift on how my body feels so say I did my Latorials and i didnt get sore the next day, meaning my body isnt recovering from anything. there for my body is still ok to lift them the next or day after. But go off your own body and dont try to schedule things, your body picks up on this and your body will get use to you doing the same things over and over again.
