Background

When I Started: Mar 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Used to be fat and couldn't stand it. Started bodybuilding my first tour in Iraq. Now it's pretty much what I do, and I love it more every day. Now that me and My Beautiful Mallow train together, fitness/bodybuilding has taken on a whole new meaning for me. My Wife is my biggest inspiration and has helped me make my largest gains in the gym, and outside. We constantly push each other to the limit and encourage one another to reach the goals we have each set.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I Love setting goals for myself and reaching them. Constantly striving to improve myself forces me to push the envelope every time I train. The only thing I love more than bodybuilding itself, is training my Wife and watching her grow and progress towards her own fitness goals. She is the best gym partner I've ever trained with, and the only person with whom I would trust with my own fitness/nutrition.
