Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Thanks for the inspirational add man. You need anything just let me know. I know what has worked for me and I love to help. Hope all of your goals are coming along.
45 minutes, in, and out, as much and as hard as u can, start out with strength (low reps, 2-5, or ones for 4-6 reps max 10) and then turn into 6-8 reps, and finish with 8-12, and every 3-4 weeks change ****, like rep scheme, rest period, and excercise selection, but the common theme in success is consistency, mixed with raging intensity. compact ur workouts, shorter but harder.
not only that but if youve ever seen me train, youd know why i put on muscle, intensity is everything, higher volume higher intensity followed by lower volume (maintain intensity) allowing for recovery, and i just grow like a weed with excess cals
Making sure my diet was predominantly protein. Basically every meal I focused on getting just as much, if not more protein then carbs, and of course a calorie surplus, not only that but ive been training since 8th grade, so i know my body. and I know what works naturally, most of my workouts arent written anymore, just done by feel, and always over in 45 minutes or less.
that's some enviable bf% man. i find i need the cardio to jumpstart my metabolism. do at least 30 min. after iron work. now if i could control my diet....LOL
