I love the pump, the satisfaction of seeing changes from the hard work, and the competition with my buddies.
I hate Leg soreness!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Anywhere between 6-12 depending on the exercise. Warm up sets may reach 25+ reps.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
If I am going heavy I will rest 2 minutes, but I like to keep it around 60-90 sec breaks.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder Bursitis, Strained Lower Back,
Each one put me down for a good month, Time heals pretty well.
