The first day back at the gym went as smooth as i could ever hope...a quick but effective Chest and Tri's workout was done and even as I'm typing this up my muscles are sore as hell!
Chest - Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 12 reps [Max. weight lifted: 85 pounds] Dumbbell Flyes - 3 sets of 12 [Max. weight of dumbells used: 15 pounds]
Incline Bench Press - 3 sets of 12 [Max. weight lifted: 75 pounds]

Medical School has begun and despite the huge workload being thrown at us from the very start of the semester, exercise and nutrition is of utmost importance and cannot be neglected.
Many people who study here at SGU in Grenada insist that walking around campus is sufficient to stay in shape but they are only kidding themselves. Therefore I want to utilize my time here and get in the greatest shape of my life! At a meagre 124 pounds and standing 6 feet tall, I intend to pack on some serious muscle and size.
