Goal (Long):
is to get bigger and stronger for next summer and compete in the next few year (2013)
That's great! Congrats :) My bodyfat % went down a little and I'm working on strength. I feel A LOT stronger and I think I feel tighter as well so it seems to be working :)
haha well i wouldnt say i am ripped, but my progress has come from following a strict diet, hard work, and taking the right supplements. its all about self-discipline
i think abs work best (they do for me) with lots of reps lower weights and frequency. situps are my main thing, i do martial arts so i am forced to do a hundred situps every lesson then i also do a hard session at gym once a week. just make sure you are eating good :)
Just go heavy in the gym, try to keep it in the 8 to 12 rep range, eat a lot of clean food, hit every bodypart at least once to twice a week and make sure you also get plenty of rest because that is when you grow! Good luck! :)
