How I Started:
I realized that I was not going to reach my athletic goals as long as I did not take action to do so. So I started going to the gym, and got hooked. The rest is hitsory.
Why I Love It:
Its a lifestyle, one that I enjoy because its very original. Its also just so much fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I train with peers of higher athletic caliber, it pushes me.
BB Accomplishments:
Have gained and maintained 40 lbs of pure muscle since 08/18/08, have leveled out at 190 since the new year, and have fluctuated slightly in weight since then.
