How I Started:
When I was younger I thought that I was fat and I wanted to lose weight to look good. So I joined the local YMCA and started working out at least 3 days a week.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives me higher self-esteem and a greater sense of self. I want to look and and get into better shape and I always feel good after a work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself on a schedule and make myself go. I always feel bad if I miss a day, so I try my hardest to keep on track.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm more into fitness and weight-lifting, staying away from the bodybuilding side.

I want to pack on more muscle without having to go through a "mass gaining stage".
Goal (Long):
I know your supposed to gain "mass" before you "cut", but I just can't afford to gain that extra weight in fat. I love to work out and look good, and it would make me feel bad if I gained weight in fat. So I am trying as hard as I can to stack more muscle upon muscle, which is very hard.
