workout 1- legs
workout 2- chest, shoulders & triceps
workout 3- back, biceps & forearms
each workout consists of two exercises for each muscle group. with 30-45sec rest period between each set.
a ab excerise at the end of each session with each session doing a different ab exercise.
every two weeks i adjust the sessions with either a rise in weight, add a excerise or both.
