its going good man. I just started another 8 week creatine cycle on Monday so I'm just looking add a little size. Trying to bulk until February then try and cut and maybe do a show or two in the summer. How about you man?

well you do need complex carbs before you workout so you can lift heavy throughout your workout, you would be surprised what kind of energy you can get from loading up on carbs before a workout. I get up at 6a.m. and take a shake that has 215 grams of carbohydrates, then hit the gym at 7:30. A bosu ball has a platform and under that is like half of a exercise ball. it is hard to balance with it and its a great piece of equipment to kill the abs.

I went to canada with some buddies last weekend so I lost a little bit of weight. But I am starting a new meal plan that I created, so I'm pumped about that and I get to start another 8 week creatine cycle. I will be hitting 200 at the end of the cycle. I'm pumped.

yea I have got a few good ones man. Any chance you have a bosu ball at your gym. Do you Lift on an empty stomach too? Or just do your cardio and abs in the morning?

yea, Im bulking as clean as possible. Since your trying to get your abs in what time do you stop taking in carbs? also what exercises are you doing for your abs?
