How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pictures of myself. Reading quotes. My workout partner always pushes me and never lets me lift light. Getting on Bodyspace.com!
Yesterday while in the gym i was doing a dumbbell side lateral raise drop set, and on the second set i put the weights down real fast and some how managed to slam one of the dumbbells right on my pinky. I crushed my nail and immediately blood started gushing everywhere, and i found out later that...
hey bro, how's it going? nice job in your pics. Looking great. keep it up. a question for you. I weigh 170lbs. Would you mind giving me a piggyback ride?
this si my first serious week back in the gym after a long-ish break (health issues) I am doing 2 different weight routines plus swimming and running. I am down to 162 lbs and am gunning for 155. my bf% was at 14.5% I think its like 12% now and I am gunning for 8 .. going for super ripped then I bulk up . go for your goals man!
i was lifting on an empty stomach but someone gave me tip not to but to do it for cardio. tough when it's back to back so i try and have a protein shake before weights and hopefully work through it by the time i get to cardio. with my work schedule, if i don't workout in the am i'm fried with time. i won't make it to the gym for countless reasons. what's working for you?
hey man-thanks for the shout out. i exercise on an empty stomach first thing in the am. for abs i'm doing hanging leg raises, weighted cable crunch, weighted crunch machine, weighted torso twist. those are the main ones. do you have a killer routine?
