I want to loose body fat and be lean...not be embarassed when I take my shirt off...I am not happy with the pudgy look I currently see in the mirror...
You don't look "fat" in today's provocative pics, rather nice body actually. Keep up with your goals, though. Hope you don't mind the cheeky comments--all in fun. Best, Jim
Thank you for the friendship invite, I appreciate that. I wanted you to know that if you left a comment with it, I wasn't able to see it, as it had already scrolled off the page - I am sorry about that mystery man. Best wishes for continued success with your training. Please drop by anytime, I enjoy getting to know my new friends :) Hope you have a great week. ~ Jen
I hold the weight with my feet. A reverse crunch is when ur lying down and u hold on to something above ur head. U tuck ur knees up as close to ur stomach as possible and that's the starting position. Then contract ur abs and roll ur butt off the ground till ur back is fully round and the abs r contracted. Then slowly lower till ur butt barely touches the ground and repeat.
Thanx for the friend add and comment bud. My complete diet and training program is available at: http://www.zodbod.com/muscle-g ain-plans/life-lease-program-g ave-me-new-body-and-life
Hey man, thanks for the add.
I've had a lot of luck trimming up by dropping the bad carbs I was eating -- stick to moderate-to-low portions of whole grains. Make sure your diet has plenty of protein to help retain muscle, and you'll be golden!
Thanks for the add man. Check out ast-ss.com and sign up for the Max-OT program. That's how I got started lifting and it worked really well for me. I'd focus on getting my diet and lifting routine hammered down before I started with supplements, but for what it's worth, I use pretty much the full line of stuff from Millennium Sport when I'm on something. Hit me up with any questions.
Well I think I am able to stay so lean because I play hockey nearly year-around. During the season we're on the ice 2 hours a day 6 days a week! I also eat as healthy as I can. Message me with what you do now and maybe we can figure something out
