How I Started: A girl locked her keys in her car, and the window was cracked. They said I had small girlish arms and could fit them in the window to get them.
Why I Love It: It gives me a sense of accomplishment, also it is kind of a brotherhood, and makes me feel like I am apart of something.

yea man, I really liked the Warrior Diet a lot. When I was training for my strongman contests I used it almost exclusively. My nighttime meal was a feast and I ate more protein throughout the day, in the form of nuts and shakes... Its worth a look.

The warrior diet has its own magic and it works if you follow the principals..but its not the diet for someone who wants to get bigg..My friend is still on it,but he doesnt lift.. Im on a clean bulk diet right now,doin 6 meals..im liking it more because im actually getting big and strong every week.
