2003 - A good frame to start slapping some muscle Rear Bicep
I hated being skinny as I looked like a wimp. Did karate for 5 years so I wasn't weak or scared to get some more mass on me.
Very Fat waist. Benching 100k 8 reps. shoulder press 70k 5 reps.

My uncle was up to see me and showed me his new camera and printer. Reached my goal of 12 stone as I was constantly 11 stone for 3 years.

Was unable to train a 3 months ago because of bicep problem. Have been training for 4 weeks now on BSN STACK including CELLMASS and NO-EXPLODE.
