How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror, read magazines and talk to gym friends.
Had a good back day today. Usually only get 3 -4 exercises done, because its a hard body part and my training parner hates it too. But I've been using NO-Explode for 3 weeks, so after my 30sec rest after sets, I'm pretty much ready to go again with full power.
how's 2008 treating you bro? hope you're training hard.. i'm slowly getting back into the heavy stuff now, just the chest and biceps to go as i've still got a lot of residual weakness there...
