Get a great feeling from a work out and being massive and bigger than other people. Feel alot more confident around people

I hated being skinny as I looked like a wimp. Did karate for 5 years so I wasn't weak or scared to get some more mass on me.
Very Fat waist. Benching 100k 8 reps. shoulder press 70k 5 reps.

Had a good back day today. Usually only get 3 -4 exercises done, because its a hard body part and my training parner hates it too. But I've been using NO-Explode for 3 weeks, so after my 30sec rest after sets, I'm pretty much ready to go again with full power.
