How I Started:
I started working out in June of 2007. I weighed in at 130lbs soaking wet, ha.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me active and healthy. I set goals for myself and work hard to achieve them. I have never felt soo healthy in my life as I do now.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on the workout...I usually go for 3 sets of 12...

Muscle Tech Nano Vapor. I don't have any shakes before my work out because I workout in the morning...I get enough from breakfast...
