For football. I do the workout program that they have set up. I also do it for MMA so that when I finally get my first fight i don't get destroyed :P
Why I Love It:
cause it makes my agility, speed, balance, all over health increase. Improves me for my athletics
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of getting beat and how much I don't want that to happen. I also offer advise to some of my less informed friends who are trying to achieve successes in the weight room.

There's so many things you can do to try to be prepared, but nothing's like gettin in the ring. It's kinda like the Friday Night Lights. You can practice till you collapse, but experience in the moment is priceless. Other than that get in shape, and when you think your in shape, keep going because you're only halfway in shape. Probably the biggest thing though, is to be REALLY good at a 3-4 combos/takedowns/submissions, not mediocre at all of them.

you have a few choices in order to calculate your bf % 1. post a picture of yourself in the picture forum asking people to estimate your bf. make sure you post a relaxed and flexed picture (obviously shirtless) 2. look around the forums and internet and compare your bf to other and what people thought their bf was, you can get a good estimate 3. buy calipers or use one at your gym (many have them, they may not) goodluck ketoing

Anytime dude, just trying to help. Keto makes your liver produce ketones and it causes the body to use fat for fuel, but it can cause high blood & stuff if you don't have it checked. No more than 20g carbs pre day is a pretty basic breakdown of it. As for reps, it took me two weeks to figure it out, lol.
