How I Started:
I always enjoyed lifting weights to get big. It wasn't until this past summer I decided I wanted to start taking it seriously and attempt to do a competition in the latter portion of the year.
Why I Love It:
It's the best stress reliever I have found so far. I love seeing my body grow and change.
How I Stay Motivated:
My dad is my biggest motivation. Everyone knows him for being really big and very strong and I want to make a name for myself like that.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far, however, I am planning on doing a competition later this year.

What is the best age to start lifting weights?

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I had horrible form, tried using weights that were way too much for me at my age just trying to show off in front of my friends.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't worry about how much weight you're using, get your form down first and then work on progressing your weights.

Thanks for the NOTE.. I just got home REALLY from the gym right now 60 mins Cardio / ABS... I use my DVD player on the Machine.. right now watching Hancock
