I hated that I was the skinniest and weakest kid on the football team. I promised myself that I would get stronger and bigger because I hated being weak. All my life I felt like I wasn't supposed to be weak because being weak didn't fit my personality at all. I felt like I wasn't myself.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it ives me a feeling of acomplishment. I am so used to working out that if I don't it just feels weird to me. Plus i do love the results I get and the looks from the girls.Plus I do love the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at all the people like me who were weak but they kept on going until they finally reached there goals.
I want to gain muscle and gett stronger for my senior year of football. If anybody has any tips on how to get mass please tell me.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain muscle and gett stronger for my senior year of football. I want to squat 375, bench 275, and deadlift 405. I really want to break the 300 barrier for bench press before I graduate from High School. I just don't want to be considered the weakling anymore.
usually just once a day. I have a bag at home so sometimes I screw arround on it in the moarning & evening as well as hittin the bag at the gym. So you could say 1 - 3 times a day
Just eat clean Bud, lean protein, complex carbs, drink enough water......u can do the research online and find a variety of healthy foods you can add to your diet. You are young so make sure you are eating enough........
lol...no problem at all Matt! Hit me up with your questions anytime.......Its all about making Bodybuilding and fitness/dieting a part of your life. Best of luck to you! You are young and have a lot of potential!
damn dude...lol we can go all day with this. I just stick with the basics...I dont use machines....I use old school equiptment. Dumbells, cambered bars, straight bars, simple incline/decline bench......Presses, extensions, squats, you know the basics.
If you want gains, the M5 is better, it has creatine kre alkalyne in it, the NO doesn't.. The M5 also has a nice little stimulant which is great..
Steve
Number one on my list would have be dieting..make sure you are getting enough complex carbs and lean protein. When it comes down to workout routines for building mass, always go heavy to failure. Push yourself harder everyday. Set a goal and aim for it!
