Hey Matt, I have to do supersets/giant sets to feel any burn. I mix it up a lot. One example: 1) high pulley crunches directly into 2) flat crunches directly into 3) vacuums. I'll try to really pause & squeeze in the last round of the giant set. Nothing fancy. If I do a lot of lower ab work, my obliques explode. Your's are very well-developed & you might have the same problem. Or you might like the look of giant obliques! To each his own. Great training, al
For shoulders here's just a few...Lateral Cable raises, Military press, shoulder shrugs and dumbell front raises. other great exercises include rowing and swimming AND pull-ups at home or gym. Also great and works lats as well. Also checkout Search engine at bottom of site. Great info on anything and everything related to BBing including diets etc even for teens.
