How I Started: I had worked out here and there over the years.. but nothing worth talking about.. i started going to the gym again in dec 07 and took those first pics.. n was shocked at what i sore. Havn't looked back since

.. im loving how the dedication pacience dicipline and everything it takes is rolling in to other aspects of my life.. i look forward to improvement..and learning that hard work really does payoff..
Why I Love It: I love punishing my body n seeing how hard i can push myself.. and i just love bettering myself.. and focusing on self improvement..

And i cant forget to mention how much I LOVE THE FUKING PUMP..
How I Stay Motivated: Just love the way it makes me feel..

To date nothing beats it!

front relaxed..
This was taken pretty much on the day i started training ..after a winter of eating :) round 18% bf, i hold it well, my wasit n that is naturaly very small under all that fat :)  5 months- Pose ,Sick lighting 2 :) Time to Bulk - I'll Be back :)
