Right now it's a work in progress and I'm putting together a new workout journal to detail what I'm doing but for now I'll explain it.
workout is geared towards grip and arm wrestling and focuses heavily and forearm and hand exercises but still incorporates the rest of the body.
1st workout: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Forearms and hands.
2nd workout: Back, Biceps, Forearms and hands.
3rd workout: Back, shoulders, Biceps, Forearms and hands.
the first 2 I do in the gym and the 3rd is at home. the 3rd workout is still up in the air and I will develop over time.
