How I Started:
Started with pushups with my brother in hallway aged 14. I purchased some second hand weights later. Trained on and off through university but no longer than three or four months in a row. Have not trained for more than three months in a row since 2001. 2007 was the year when I trained hardest and consistenly over a long period of time. To stay healthy and live longer for my wife and kids.

Just finished a summer gig, working at the airport from 21:30-01:30, I was throwing luggage, and cleaning planes, but the late night hours wore me out. Am taking a college classes on Thursdays to renew my liscience. Hope to return to running beginning Friday. All is well, and hectic. Hey there long time no chat :) I took a long break from working out... my bad... and have just gotten back into it again a couple of weeks ago. Been going strong since. Did a 41 minute run last night!
It went well. Glad it's over...Yep, I still keep a daily log. Most recent is "The Female Terminator Chronicles" at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ showthread.php?t=113082381.
Everything's good here in VT, except I'm the one in the dog house. Yesterday, my wedding band slipped off my finger and is lost. Enjoy your summer, and keep moving forwards.
My summer was very sporadic, but I played basketball 4X a week. September was bleah, but I've beeen doing well these past 4 weeks. How you have a great spring, enjoy the longer hours of daylight.
