How I Started:
When I was 12, my parents bought me dumbells for my birthday, and from then I began working out regularly with the York-Dumbell routine every second day.
From there I went on to buy better weights, and other useful equipment as time went on.
Why I Love It:
It has a lot to do with vanity. I love to see my body becoming more muscular and defined. Lifting weights and doing exercise feels great as well for my body, my body enjoys it, as for sure it misses the exercise when I do not do it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Music helps, and dancing to it before I work-out to get the energy flowing. Music or yoga, I do Salute to the Sun 8 times, this helps warm me up. Looking at images of the body I wish to achieve helps a lot, plus eating well a good 2 hours before tells me, I MUST work-out because I ate before and have waited 2 hours to do so! It also helps for me to turn a light on like on a dull day, light feeds my enthusiasm, although natural light is better.
BB Accomplishments:
My entire body appears to have steadily grown into a good form over the years I have been working on it. Most recently though I have found my arms have grown and my chest is broarder. I feel I have accomplished an all-round definition.

Goal (Long):
I wish to build up my chest, more square and defined. Broarden my shoulders and give size to my arms, upper and lower. Build my thighs to look strong but not overly big, same with my calves. Buttocks firmer.
To define and strengthen the muscles in my back, and define a balanced 8-pack and intercostle muscles.
Balance and symmetry is of most importance to my body form. Every muscle is important, and I wish to be supple, strong and athletic. (Keep up and improve on where I am now).
