No problem bro! I'm glad to hear it worked well for you. Keep it up and surely you'll grow even more. On my side, I gained 8 pounds so far (20 since last March) and was able to keep my bf to 9.2% Have a great day !

Salut! Mon entrainement va très bien aussi. Toujours 3x/sem.. J'ai fait relâche pour environ 3 semaines en juillet du aux vacances mais je me suis vite remit dedans. Très belle ta photo en passant. Bonne journée @+!
