How I Started:
I've always been skinny and weighted 140lb from age 16 to age 23. I was tired of being that way so I started training mostly to gain weight, pound up muscles and to help me get self confidence.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I look in a mirror, I see how all the hard work I do pushing iron is rewarded. I also try to change my exercices every second month.
BB Accomplishments:
Leg Press: Currently at 900 pounds. (20x45pounds plates).
I started training in May 2007 but stopped from Sept 08 to March 09. I've been training regularly 3x/week since then and it's the priority #1 in my schedule right now. What I want is to put up 20 pounds of lean muscle by the end of the year and keep it. Update: As of October 2009, I've reached my goal!

de mon cote tout va sur des roulettes...la perte de poids vas bon train..le BF% descend aussis mais cest surtout le gain en masse musculaire qui m inpressionne le plus, jaurais jamais cru pouvoir avoir des epaules ..un torse..des biceps...etc...j suis super motiver a cause de mes resultats...quant on compare les photo avant apres on tombe a la renverse...lol....salut a +
Merci beaucoup. Je viens de commencer des cours de boxe alors pour le cardio, ça devrait se faire tout seul. Il ne me reste plus qu'à me monter un programme de musculation à faire chez nous.

Oui oui! Je vais faire la coupe Pro Gym 2010. Quand je fais qqch je le fais pour la peine! LOL! Je m'entraine pas loin de ma job et de chez nous à Anjou, Concept GYM. C'est relativement nouveau
