in the first picture i had put up i was 199lbs and not in shape at all, i had my first goal to lose all of that and then start up with doing wegihts and actually building muscle. so i started off at 165lbs and wanted to gain as much as i could and bulk up during th winter season. finally i am now at 203lbs bulked up to what i think is a good weight, now i am just going to maintain that untill i cut and hopefully be alot closer to the body i want.

I've finally hit 180lbs and now im just even more pumped up to hit my goal of 200lbs....but i know its not going to come easy and i'm going to have to work even harder to hit it...ive got to hit the weights even heavier now and just keep pushing it from their and eating all i can...i feel...

training is going great. i swimm for 2 hours everyday and i do cardio for 1 hour 45 min and i also do p90x by the end of the day i'm freakin tired lol.
