How I Started:
I started working out when I graduated because I wanted to get into better shape and look better on the beach. It has become more than a past time and now I am working toward my second competition in April 2009. My First competition went quite well. I finished second place.
Why I Love It:
I Love Bodybuilding because of the way it makes me feel and look. I also don't mind the extra attention that comes with a better body haha
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress Keeps me motivated. Nobody is perfect and there is always progress to be made. That is what motivates me to always become progressively better

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
There is lots of equipment and different machines to isolate any muscle you need to isolate. A home gym with all that crap would cost way too much lol

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I think a good gym has lots of cardio equipment and free weights. There should also be an area for doing ab workouts. ie. padded floor. There should be an open studio and great music. There must be nice locker rooms, lockers and a showering facility. It's nice to have good friendly workers as well. Also I look for machines for isolation excercises. Lastly, not a crowded gym.
