I want to build muslce and drop my bodyfat %. I've become a super healthy eater since my weight loss, i'm trying to eat clean but still add size. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
I love carbs plain and simple. I like chips, bread, pasta, taco bell it's all good. I'm going to enjoy these things and eat what I want, I'm not entering a contest or anything anytime soon. I lift because it's a stress release for me, super ripped probably isn't something I can achieve...
dude you have no idea
after much trial and error i found the perfect diet and training. like im dieting for summer hard and yet i continue to get stronger and stronger!
hey bro! sorry for the late response! my cut went ok, i dropped my bf down to where i wanted it but i just couldnt grow the way i needed to so i started to bulk up. when you cut, its important to keep 300 calories below what you burn/day, any more and ur risking going into metabolic shock and ur body begins to store bf. look up very efficient calculators for calor/day burn online, they will tell u close. for ex, i burn 4300/day so i eat 4000 and do 10 mins cardio/every other day
I think Lipo 6 it's great it keeps me going even when I'm at work. It makes me feel I have endless energy. Thanks for your comment, you look pretty ripped yourself.
hey bro, i've finished cutting. but basically i was only eating broccolli rice cakes, and sweet potato for all my carbs. and of course high amounts of protein to retain muscle. eating every 2-3 hours is a big one. hope that helps buddy. - Nik.
Its pretty awesome. For the past year I've been working out at the rec center down the road and this place is a lot more motivating. It has a good invironment and is a fun place to be.
Try to do alot of hi reps concentrate on chest bies calfs lowerback
switch off tho sholders, abs, back, thys every other day 4 about 3 weeks do 13 to 15 reps on monday and tus 10 to 12 on wed and thurs 8to 10 on fri sat
thanks man! I plan on dropping my calorie intake by about 500-600 to about 4200 (it was about 4800-5000) and start doing interval cardio 3 times a week. Eat all clean and see how that works for a month before I drop some more calories. Hopefully I'll see some good results hehe
Thanks man .. I found for me - eating and a shake has made all the difference in the world.. I eat a can of chicken and some fruit .. plus a shake... hope it continues to work .. hows your training?
Becoming a strength and conditioning coach requires a 4 year degree, many times a masters degree is preferred, as well as taking the CSCS examination. Becoming a personal trainer is easy; you study, and take the exam. Being a well informed and professional pt is another matter all together.
Well, giving you the run-down would be a bit of an essay but to sum it up I guess it's mostly about upping the volume and intensity with weights and cardio and eating a lot less, but still eating the right food, enough of it, and timing intake.
I workout in the early afternoon, a couple hours after breakfast, and have found that I get more energy from the powders than the capsules. A friend whose workout is later in the day, and on an empty stomach, likes the ANIMAL PUMP capsules better than the SUPER PUMP. Let me know what you think. Stay strong.
The M-Stak was helpful. I used it with Animal's PUMP, which would be closer to what SUPERPUMP is. Have only used the SUPER for 2 days but I'm going to say that I like it better than Animal's PUMP, as I like a powder (SUPER) better than capsules (ANIMAL PUMP). Hope that helps.
