Sparingly in HS. Got really serious first year in college. Lost my way and totally transformed my body (the wrong way!!!). Decided about a year ago to finally take it serious.
Why I Love It:
Going all out, balls to the wall, intense. Not having any doubts that all left all I had that day in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be the best. Improve every workout, every set, every rep. I'm studying for my Bachelor's in Health and Sports Science with an emphasis in Athletic Perfomance.
BB Accomplishments:
Came to iraq a Jan 10 weighed 176 lbs., benching 235 and squatting 390. Hoping to be 185-190 at less than 9% bodyfat by august. (when i go home to see my girl again!!!)

Be the best or get the F*CK outta the gym...
...or at least outta MY WAY!!!
Ok, so my new workout routine (i'll post soon) and diet (cycled 3 low, 4 medium carb days with a cheat meal on one of the medium days) has been in effect for a week. So far so good.
The upbeat tempo I'm keeping is damn near frantic... I love it. I don't know why I ever get away...
This is my second week in this routine. I change about every 3 to 4 weeks. I lift at the end of my day. In addition to weights I WAS doing 3, 30 min, cardio sessions a week. I have bumped that number up to 5 starting this week.
My next routine will be an antagonistic superset aimed at fat...
