I joined BB.com randomly after a recommendation from my Gym Coach. Ava was my first buddy and gave me some great beginner tips. I later saw Ava in a BB magazine and on MTV in England and was completely star struck. It was a real OMG moment - "I kinda know someone semi-famous".

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
When you take a hard kick, go with it a little, rather than bracing agsindt it and it'll do a lot less damage. A little counter intuitive, but one of the most valuble things I've learnt over the last 15 years of training! You gotta love it though right - its the best fun and the hardest work, all at the same time! I'm brewing some new Jow soon - when its ready in a few months, I'll send u some for bruising - its awesome!

I just switched gym... Now I'm at a better gym for a CHEAPER price, I LOVE IT!!! They have everything, my old gym didn't have anything and I was maxing out on everything. I gained a lot of muscle and dropped my BF percentage. I'm thrilled right now!
I think my problem is me not being able to concentrate on training 100%. Every time there is something which comes up like exams. I'll try again, hopefully with more success this time around!
I was in Germany, then Portugal, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium. It was fun but really tiring! The travelling has taken a toll on me! I weighed myself last night, and I think I am around 70 kg now.
