Workout plan

Yeah, well, dont have a real plan..  except to keep cardio increasing and doing multiple body parts Mon - Fri in weight room to keep my size.  It is about shredding down not dropping weight by losing size so dieting and cardio are main focus through this event with minimal muscle loss.

My supplements for right now are pretty basic.  I have protein powder, Labrada, V60. Juggernaut (orange flavored), Cyclo Bolan, Shred Matrix and  I take Centrum Silver for men over 50 for my multi-vitamin.

SniperDJ Thanks man! And I totally understand how the biker lifestyle can be detrimental to a ripped physique. My parents are bikers, and they drink a lot of beer, so i get how it would be pretty easy to put on some weight haha. Apr 2, 2012 8:44am

dawnRenee82 Thanks for the add! No I didn't have it checked. As soon as I did it I texted my trainer and he told me to ice it. I stopped before I did much damage. I went to the gym tonight and "foam rolled" it which felt good. I'm training tomorrow with him so we will see what he says?! :-/ Apr 1, 2012 9:34pm
