Hoping to gain quite a bit of muscle over the summer. Focus on losing fat during the school year.
Goal (Long):
My main goal is to be at about 200 lbs. with less than 10% bodyfat. I'm what many people call a "hardgainer" so we'll see how it goes.
College has really not done much for me as far as weight gain. Between walking several miles a day between classes and sometimes only eating one meal due to the busyness of my schedule, i've managed to lose about 8 pounds since September. So much for the freshman 15! (= Hopefully, once I get back home, I'll be able to get back to my intense eating regimen.
So i've been back at college for almost a month now and I'm definitely having trouble getting into the swing of things fitness-wise. Fortunately, I don't seem to be losing any weight. But I can only seem to get enough food each day to maintain my current weight. I walk about 4 miles each...
hey whats up! thanks for the routine, i saw your pics. looking good, i wish i could also get that ripped. what do you do to stay ripped? i eat 5-6 small meals, only drink water and milk
Patrick,
Congrats on your desire to improve your body at your age. Looks like you've got a great base to build on. I was 155lbs. at 6'3" all my life, put on about 35lbs in the past couple of years and feel much better (check out my progress pics) anyway, just to say go for it!... and don't forget how important GOOD nutrition is to reach your goals. You won't do it eating tons of junk and drinking a bunch of soda. May God bless all you do.
